A creemee is Vermont’s answer to soft serve — churned with extra butterfat for a denser, silkier swirl. Ours is made the Vermont way, carrying on the tradition the Robustiano family started at their Vermont deli and general store. The bakery case rounds it out with crumb cake, cookies, muffins, and ice cream sandwiches.
